SHIPPING POLICY
All items are hand strewn and made to order so processing times may seem lengthy but its to assure items are made to meet our high quality standards. The 1-2 week processing range is to allow time for all orders to be attended to especially during busier moments. We appreciate your patience as your jewelry is being carefully created. If you do have a deadline for receiving any order from us, please don't hesitate to contact us and let us know so we can ensure we ship it out in a timely manner. Priority upgraded shipping is also strongly recommended.
All domestic US orders are shipped with tracking. Packages over $100 are shipped free domestically and are insured in the event mail becomes missing. USPS Priority and Express upgrades are available for faster service.

Orders will be delivered to the address specified upon placing the order.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (or other normal business days, in countries/regions that do not follow the Western work week), but not on Sundays or holidays. Deliveries are generally made between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. An exact delivery time cannot be provided.
Products included in the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses. Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense.
Products delivered internationally may be subject to opening and inspection by customs officials; moreover, they may be subject to import duties and tariffs once the package reaches its destination. The customer is responsible for payment of any import duty or tariff. Please note we have no control over such taxes, and we cannot estimate their amount in advance. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order. We can not mark packages as "gift" or lie about the package value as it is illegal. Customers may request Priority International shipping which insures the package in case of any loss during transit. This shop is not responsible for packages lost during transit to its destination nor has the ability to track packages once they leave the United States. Use your customs ID to contact your local postal service for status of the shipment. If the package duties are not paid and sent back to the United States, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Customers are also asked to understand their country's restrictions on shipping and goods before purchasing from us.
CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
Cancellations are available unless we can not fulfill the order. Changes of an order is allowable within 24 hours of purchase with the exception of Priority or Express upgraded packages. No changes are available for Priority or custom orders.
If there is an issue with your order, we will do what we can to find a reasonable resolution, however, we do not issue refunds as items are made to order based on size requested. Adjustments can be made if an error was made during customer selection in size. Customers may message for instructions.
All sales are final. No exceptions.
ADJUSTMENTS & REPAIRS POLICY
Adjustments can be avoided by measuring correctly before placing your order. For tips on how to measure properly, please review the FAQs.
It is important to be careful with your jewelry when taking clothing off and on. If your jewelry breaks within 12 months of purchasing, we will be happy to repair them when possible. We will only repair items made by our brand. Return all remaining beads, crystals, and closures.
If an adjustment or repair is needed, you may send the items back after submitting a message via contact form. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling. Please note all jewelry will be accessed upon receipt and fees will be invoiced.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which is authorized upon purchase) such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example) if you contact us directly.

We generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. We describe these rights below:
