Currently, there is no brick and mortar store but as our company is growing, it is in the works. We have partnered with some stores around the country to offer a selection of crystals adornments.
No, you're not obliged to have an account to place an order on our website. But if you do decide to set up an account, you will be able to enjoy some benefits, such as:
1. Save shipping and billing addresses that make your checkout process faster;
2. Save your favorite products in the shopping bag for later;
3. Access your order details and history;
4. Store credit card information safely to expedite checkout;
5. Access our exclusive promotions.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene purposes and also due to items being custom made to individual customer's specifications. Please refer to the Store Policy page for details.
While our materials are durable and made to last, be cautious about which crystals you purchase as some are not water safe. Please research the crystals you're interested to make sure they can be exposed to water without issue if you plan on keeping them on at all times. Luster of the jewelry lasts longer when not exposed to hard or chlorinated water, chemicals and oils.
